easy return & exchange policy

We regret that all items sold are not refundable.

However, if for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase at the baby bliss, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. You can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt/purchase subject to confirmation with us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines shall apply:

• Returns cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise
• Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition
• Pre-order items/ discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges
• Items should be sent to us for exchange at Customer’s own cost and the subsequent delivery cost has to be be borne by Customer as well. Delivery or shipping fees paid earlier are not refundable.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post. Alternately, please return the item by hand to our retail outlet at Atria Shopping Complex.
